Herein, you will find a brief update on the goings from eightball.ie headquarters 

[ Well, it's not a headquarters per se, it's on office we have on o' connell street, a headquarters suggests there are other offices, or that we are superheroes, we have no other offices but it has not been proved or disproved conclusively that we are or are not superheroes ] 

So, a little update on this Thursday evening… 

the release party as ye might have read, seen, heard, put in your diaries already is set to kick off in the club @ au bars, this friday 13th from 11pm. looking forward to welcoming you and yours and others to what we hope will be the revival of friday night fun for many many friday’s to come.. 

the release party will be weekly, our first guests are confirmed,  and you and your ears can look forward to keith disconaut from galway who will be spinning records next friday february 20th  and aim from grand central records who will be visiting on march 6th… qool dj marv from nyc will be visiting in april… 

the republic of loose show scheduled for the stables club in the university for tonight has been rescheduled for thursday march 5th, apologies for all y’all who were amping up to let loose tonight. all tickets bought will be valid for the march 5th show. 

comedian andrew maxwell will be coming to the jean monnet theatre in the university on wednesday february 18th. tickets available for students from the students union for student types and regular folk if you drop a mail to keith@eightball.ie 

eightball.ie are proud, delighted and more than a little bit excited to announce that halfset, the wonderful electro acoustic quartet from dublin, will be visiting the belltable theatre on cecil street on saturday march 21st. this will be a great show, guaranteed. tickets will be on sale from next week….
